So, the question was: how do you gather and present tons of data in a more captivating, visual way, rather than boring spreadsheets, enhancing the stakeholders' engagement, and making sure financial investment in the project continues.

There was a need for a solution that would make reporting more digestible and compelling.

The Solution: Turning Numbers into Narratives

The approach was pretty straightforward: transform raw data into automated weekly video reports.

To make this a reality, we set up an automated system within the Airtable based CRM that activates an action every Monday at 10 AM, aggregating a week’s worth of data.

The data includes visitor demographics, preferred sports activities, and weather conditions, among other metrics. It is then used for a dynamic "data-report" After Effects template, which automatically transforms the raw data into a visually appealing video, providing a clear and engaging overview of the project's progress and its outcomes.
